Flu Campaign Update: Thank you for your continued patience and understanding. We have had to change the way we offer services to our patients during these last few months and we appreciate that this has been a difficult and anxious time for you.
Dudley surgery remains temporarily closed to patients ion preparation for the upcoming FLU campaign. We are working on appropriate measures to ensure our eligible patients can receive their flu jab in a safe environment. Of our 1800 eligible patients, many are very vulnerable and on the ‘shielded patient list’ and extra precautionary measures are being out in place this year to maintain everyone’s safety.
Once we have successfully tested the system, we will contact you through text message or phone call and we will update our website and Facebook page.
We are also looking at the possibility of opening appointment online to help keep the telephone line for patients who don’t have online access.
Thank you again for your understanding and co-operation.
Our telephone lines remain open if you have any medical need. Remember you can contact us on both our phone numbers 0191 2362115 and 0191 2500219 regardless of whether you are a Wideopen Surgery or Dudley Surgery patient. We appreciate your patients as our phone lines are busier than usual.
