Survey Results March 2017 including Comments
During the summer months of 2014 we conducted a patient satisfaction survey aimed at collecting information relating to the experience patients had when engaging with our reception team.
The survey was open from July 2014 to 30 September 2014. We received a fantastic response with lots of comments and suggestions. Thank you to everyone who has contributed.
The results were collated and shared within our own team, and, we have begun to make some changes.
Changes so far:
Our telephone greeting now includes the name of the receptionist so you know who you are speaking to
Some staff have enrolled on level 2 customer service course with learn direct
We have appointed another GP called Dr Hannah McQuillen who will work Thursday’s and Friday’s
In September 2015 we asked patients booking an appointment with Dr Liddle to think about how long they needed for their appointment, such as 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 15 minutes. The practice wanted to empower patients to help them make an informed decision of how long they felt they needed with their doctor.
Here are the results:
We will be reviewing this again in September 2016
