The Practice has developed this section with the help from our Patient Participation Group.  Our aim is to offer teenagers lots of useful information and links to resources relating to health and well-being.  We have 506 patients registered at the practice between the ages of 13 and 19 – this equates to 7% of our practice population.

We hope you find the links below useful and if you do have any suggestions on how we can improve our services or content information on our website, please do contact me using our generic email address nencicb-nt.wideopenmedicalcentre@nhs.net or you can speak with me by contacting the surgery on 0191 2362115.  Patients due to turn 16 will also receive a letter from the practice explaining what services we offer and how to access them – example here 16th Birthday Letter

Thank you

Sharon Kinninmonth
