As a practice we no longer prescribe hay fever treatments in line with all other north east Clinical Commissioning Groups and part of the NHS directive.
Most hay fever tablets, nasal sprays and eye drops can be purchased over the counter which would be a considerably lower cost to the NHS than it would be to provide a prescription.
