URINE SAMPLES FOR TESTING
The practice will only accept urine samples for testing between the hours of 08:45am and 12noon. The sample must be accompanied with a urine request form completed by the patient / carer including a telephone number just in case we need to get in touch with you.
Samples handed in after 12noon WILL NOT be tested.
