Antenatal Care
The community midwife is attached to the practice and provides care to expectant mother through-out pregnancy and the post-natal period. Clinics are held at Wideopen and Dudley
Asthma
For the review of your Asthma, please book an appointment with the Practice Nurse
Baby Clinic
Alternate Monday baby clinic takes place at Wideopen and Dudley from 2pm – 3pm for immunisations by appointment only. Child Health arrange appointment times and inform the parents / guardians in advance
Chiropody
We offer Diabetic Chiropody only. Appointments can be made by contacting the practice
Continence Advice
Our District Nursing Team offer regualr Continence Clinics. Please enquire at reception
Diabetic Clinic
Patients with Diabetes will be seen by our Healthcare Assistant with a follow up appointment with our practice nurse. Both appointments are very important and we encourage patients to attend for their annual review as part of the national Diabetes Year of Care Framework.
Family Planning
Full contraceptive advice is available by the Doctors. IUD Fittings / Implanon Fittings can be made after an initial consultation with Dr Liddle.
Minor Surgery
We offer limited minor surgery, however most minor surgery requests are referrals to either a hospital or a practice specialising in minor surgery procedures
Physiotherapy
We are able to offer physiotherapy if the doctor feels a referral is appropriate
Private Medical Services
Some services fall outside the NHS and therefore charges submitted for theses are payable by the patient. This includes BUPA forms, private medical certificate, signing of passport applications and various examinations for sport, school or employment. A list of these services is displayed in reception, together with current prices
Well Woman Clinic
We offer weekly Well Woman clinics at both Wideopen and Dudley. The clinic is run by Dr Louise Liddle who specialises in family planning and general aspects of Womans Health
